The scene fades in and we are currently inside of the Centurylink Center, the location where Crash TV will be aired tomorrow night. Inside of the ring is The Destroyer Gemini, dressed in a Miami Heat jersey with a pair of short jeans. He doesn’t have his usual smirk on his face. On this night, he looks very tensed. It’s that same focused look we saw at the end of his second promo against Kris “Fa Sho” Destiny last week. He cracks open a can of coke and takes a sip as he begins to speak.
Gemini: Good evening AWR Universe. I am your AWR Crash Champion, The Destroyer Gemini.
I’ll like to start off by saying that ever since I broke into the word of wrestling in 2009, I’ve been a part of some of the greatest matches in history. The good lord knows I’ve had my battles with the likes of Jay Swift, Marina Valdivia, Jack Napier and Gabbi Sparks. And as we all know, last week was no exception. Kris “Fa Sho” Destiny” versus The Destroyer Gemini for the AWR World Championship was ranked one of the best, if not THE BEST World Title matches in AWR history. On that night, you had two warriors giving absolutely EVERYTHING they had, holding back absolutely nothing. On this night, you saw two people who truly wanted to represent this company as AWR World Champion. It was a battle that was fought tooth to nail, top to bottom. A combustion that finally imploded in more ways than one. It was so crazy, that the match ended in a No Contest.
Gemini taps his finger on his head as he thinks about what he wants to say next. After the chain of events that took place at Feel The Burn, he wants to make sure that he doesn’t say anything that doesn’t get himself in trouble.
Gemini: Now, I’m not one that usually agrees with anything that asshole, Neal Steal, has to say but the one thing that he said that I agreed with was the fact the ref was asking for a death wish when he chose to stop that match! Why on earth would the ref choose to stop the match when he knew damn well what was at stake? Yes, he did get pushed around a bit. And yes, Kris Destiny escaped Feel the Burn with the title as a result of the call. However, I want to make two things perfectly clear. The first thing being that I was the one who got the last laugh as I was the one who made Kris Destiny feel the burn not ONCE, but TWICE at the end of the evening, leaving him lying in his own misery. The second being that despite all the comments that have been written on Twitter and Facebook, there is no way in hell that I would have got pinned by Kris Destiny after he hit me with Drop of Destiny. I would have kicked out with a split half second to go and continued fighting like the true warrior that I am. But it’s okay though, because not only do I get a chance at retribution when I compete against Kris “Fa Sho” Destiny at Second City Slaughter in a Buried Alive match for the AWR World Championship, but tomorrow night, I continue my reign as AWR Crash Champion when I compete against someone who’s been looking to make a huge splash. War Machine 3.
Gemini laughs as he continues to speak.
Gemini: For the last 48 days, I have stood tall as the AWR Crash Champion. I have taken down the likes of RCH3, Robert Carr on two occasions, Tracy Adkins and Playboy Pete. Now, I know the latter part of that list may not sound impressive at all. But the fact that I beat Rusty Axel and still managed to leave Feel the Burn last week with a somewhat undefeated record proves one thing and one thing only. I am truly someone to be taken seriously. You see, I heard what you had to say when you and your little gang first came to town at Thunderstorm. You guys made it known you wanted to go over after some of the biggest names in the company. Now where has that led you? Well as I recall, you had a match against Jay Swift two weeks ago and drew a tally in the LOSS column. So tell me War Machine 3. If you weren’t good enough to beat Jay Swift, what in blue hell makes you think that you are going to be good enough to beat me?
Seriously. The only thing that your little posse has done since you’ve arrived was created a whole big scheme that made people question whether or not Jay Swift was part of your group or not. Now, I’m here to tell you right now, I don’t give a damn whether or not Robert Carr proves to be part of your clan or not, because at this time, you are nothing more than a stepping stone to me. Now, I know when you hear this, you may think that I’m overlooking you. You might want to think I’m even underestimating you right? Well, before you start getting all whiny and judgmental on me. I’m here to tell you that I’m doing nothing of the sort. You see, the truth of the matter is I know what it’s like to be a big mouth hot shot. I used to be that guy. And trust me when I say that once I became that guy, life for me was pretty damn miserable because I embarked on a 7 match losing streak. It was that moment that I told myself I needed to change what I was doing. I told myself that I needed an attitude adjustment. And here I am today, riding lovely on a 5-0-1 undefeated streak that’s about ready to become 6-0-1 as I continue my reign as AWR Crash Champion.
War Machine 3, you can do whatever you want, you can say whatever you want. At the end of the day, it won’t matter because the truth that stands out to everyone is that I have personally revolutionalized the AWR Crash division. I have worked long and hard to bring prestige back to this championship and as I continue my voyage back to the AWR World Championship at Second City Slaughter, I will continue to prove why I shouldn’t be taken lightly. I will continue to show the world why I am truly called The Destroyer. Tomorrow night, you better say your prayers before you step into the ring pal because I’m going to personally make sure that you FEEL….THE….BURN!
Gemini holds up his AWR Crash Championship and smirks as the scene fades to black.
