Okay guys, I've done some more brainstorming and some more thinking. Here's what I've decided to put forth on the table.
1) NEW Forum - Obvious one. Clearly, these boards and everything associated with it, are associated with the failures of the old regime. Plus, they still have admin access, so our resources are limited with what we can do.
2) NEW Name? Maybe? - When people think "Attitude Wrestling Revival", they think of a failed fed that starts and stops every few months. I think starting fresh with a NEW identity and a NEW forum, with NEW and BETTER roleplayers will kill the negative stigma that this fed has. I'd like more feedback on this from you guys before I pull the trigger on this.
3) Hell/Tracy/Red Randal/War Machines/One Man League of 10 characters/whatever you want to call him, is no longer welcome here. Sorry, but he's more of a burden than he is an asset. Personally, I feel that Silvio letting him run THAT many characters that were all THAT bad is a BIG part of the reason that this fed has the reputation that it does. (As of this morning, I realized Hell and Tracy were the same person). Silvio let him do this for way too long, and it's time to put a stop to it.
4) Because of the above, AWR officially has as TWO CHARACTER limit. Furthermore, creating a single handler stable is essentially impossible.
5) GFX.....seriously, we need all the help we can get here. We need a new look, a new roster page, and basically new ANYTHING that falls under this.
6) The "2014" hiatus plan. - I've decided to go a different route. Obviously, doing this biweekly is a start, but as we all know, we're going into that time of year where it's very hard to recruit new members, due to the holidays and such. What we're going to do instead is make the most out of what we have, even if it's 5-6 people, you can still have a world title and a way to get everyone involved somehow, AND be able to grab people's attention too. So yes, maximize what we have for the rest of this year, then hit 2014 with a bang once the holidays end.
The round robin is step one of that plan.
Misc: There's going to be a new bio template tomorrow, as well as any further updates to this post.
Any responses, opinions, etc are welcome.

1. New forum is the best way to go. I don't mind moving at all. In fact, I'd rather move sooner rather than later, especially if the owner of the fed doesn't have even the slightest of power.
2. Going off of NSWA's legacy, the best thing to do is to start over with a new name. When NSWA went belly up, Travis tried everything he could to continue building the efed. Unfortunately, the guy's a terrible person both in real life and at running efeds. So with that, I say change the name but maybe also keep some of the AWR history [whatever you can scrape up].
3. IDK the guy. But I can speak from experience, overloading yourself with a lot of characters is never a good idea.
4. That's fair. Though, I'd make an additional rule that they have to show they can handle at least one character before being allowed to get a second. Obviously, people with proven track records won't need this, but for new people it can only help.
5. I restored my computer recently, so my photoshop is gone until I can remember which email address it's in. Until then, I'm pretty basic with pixlr.
6. I never get behind hiatus plans, and I also think that it would help to continue promoting the efed. I also think that you really shouldn't start worrying about people leaving until December. Sure Thanksgiving's big in the US, but efedders come from everywhere.

I was there a lot as many different people. Notably, I was Knoxville & Xtreme Steve. So I was there from the great times and even through to the Travis Kahler times. I even rejoined the Ben Eckford NSWA some time during the Kahler NSWA era, so yeah I've been with NSWA for a while lol.

Hell and Tracy are not the same person and that can easily be proved with a simple IP search. Not to mention the times I've seen them both in chatbox plus their feud since the days of PWR. You have belittled them publicly already no reason to make seemingly baseless accusations as well. As for Randal, Pete, Machines, Ned yes they are all Hell. So was Rusty initially but I took over the character writing virtually all add-ins and every rp since the last reopening (and a couple prior) Plus I somehow doubt either would want to stay anyway. I would suggest Slick probably deserved a little better than being "fired" as well since he was only on break. Its not a lack of effort with some people Slick is simply doing what he's always done and what worked well enough to be a World Champion back in the day. He's aware that others have evolved and Slick and B-Man always saw it as just a game. Nobody was in NIWF longer without having a desire to be on staff. Efeds would be better off with more people in OOC like Slick and B-Man around. I doubt either will be back now unless it was me running it or someone else who was in NIWF way back (and by "way back" I would limit it currently to myself, Sho or Skull)
Also I know Rattlesnake's stuff has never been down to lack of effort though I don't know why he's been absent recently. Also while Hell and Rattlesnake have met in real life and are both Canadians they aren't the same person either. Tracy incidentally is American (don't know if he's Indian American like his character or not)
Maybe you can call it No Imitation True Attitude Revival Wrestling Federation.

I respect Slick, I have no issues with him personally. He was, at one time, a good roleplayer. I understand life gets in the way. Whether they're the same person or not, that post proves some of what I've been saying. You're making excuses for them. Rattlesnake, okay. I've known about his condition for years. I'm not going to publicly lambast him. I'll give you Snake. Hell, Tracy, whether they're the same person or not, doesn't matter. You need to stop making excuses for them. Hell's been the same story for years. The only reason why he was NIWF World Champion at the end was because there was only about five people and he was like one of two that showed up constantly. I have my other reasons too. If you want to have your own place with those people, by all means. I guess the "start and stop" thing works for you guys. But people like Gemini, Royal and Sho don't deserve to go through that. Plus, as you can see, I got two new people here already. So yeah, we're moving in a new direction. Blowing this up and starting over, it's the only way this thing is going to work. And no, there won't be any of that if there's a name change. It'd be a new name that has no relation to NIWF, AWR, THW, etc.

So far everything seems to be okay. As far as new fed name here is a few ideas i had in mind:
1) REVOLUTION CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING (RCW)
2) REVOLUTION WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT(RWE)

There's so much bad stigma from that place, it's almost impossible to wash free.

Further updates.
New forum: Officially CONFIRMED! We're going to a new forum after this last AWR PPV.
New name: ALSO confirmed. As of now, nothing has been decided as far as a name is concerned, but I can confirm we're changing the name.
I will create the new forums and post the link as soon as we can figure out the new name.
With this news, that means whoever comes out of the PPV as the AWR Undisputed Champion will also, automatically, become the first World Champion of whatever the fed will be known as.
I'm not reversing my decision on Tracy and/or Hell (whether they're the same person or not is irrelevant, they both offer nothing to the fed anymore).
The GFX situation has been figured out, so that's no longer a concern.
And the "hiatus" plan is basically a "Maximization/Marketing/Recruiting" plan now. I understand with the holidays, it'll be tough, which is why I'm more optimistic about 2014 than the rest of this year.
As for recruiting, the top sites lists will be a good use, not only because of publicity, but also because of the fact that there's plenty of dead feds on those and we can send recruitment emails to anyone we can find.
So, that's pretty much my update for now.

I do have to say that Hell does have something to offer. If he is focused and doesn't have multiple characters then he is a decent rper

I do have to say that Hell does have something to offer. If he is focused and doesn't have multiple characters then he is a decent rper I honestly wish that was true, it just hasn't been in years. Plus, he'll quit anyway because "your guys are too good" (he did that in THW). That and the fact that he couldn't even help out with the NIWF Terror brand when he ran it for two weeks (He had ME write ALL the matches for one show, and he wanted me to do it again for the second but I said no because it was BS.) Terror went to hell after that, even when DeWolf returned to run it. I cleaned up the mess when I ran the brand before Jay C decided to do away with it and just do Storm and Tornado. So yes, I've picked up after his mess before. Everything he touches, from UPCW, to NIWF Terror, to AWR, goes to shit. Simply put, he never knows what he's doing, and I can't trust him even if he was RP'ing with just one character. The fact that he's the last NIWF World champion when there were people like you, Julio, Royal, RCH3, Skull, Silvio and others that held the world title previously, is an absolute travesty. It's like if someone like MC Midget was the last THW World Champion in spite of the more prestigious names that had it before. Or, (NSWA example) someone like Spirit Storm (Schneider's example, not mine) being the world champion there. It's all moot though, because he probably wouldn't want to stay anyway.
