*The scene opens up in a hospital room, two women stand looking down at the body of JK, whom had suffered greatly at the hands of his opponents at Battleground, so much so that he was literally electrocuted into a coma. The younger one is streaked with tears, as the older one looks down at the comatose JK with the look of despair. The door slides open as Wilhelm walks into shot, his right hand still heavily bandaged*
Wilhelm: How’s he doing, Jasmine?
*The Younger one looks up at the Human Panzer*
Jasmine: Oh, hey Wilhelm. He’s still in a coma; but he’s stable.
*Wilhelm looks at the 27 year old female who is quite oddly dressed in a pink wig and heavily bandaged from head to toe. He raises an eyebrow at the odd sight*
Wilhelm: I do not believe I have had the pleasure…
Jasmine: Oh. Yes. Wilhelm, this is Gabrielle, she competed in the Battleground match alongside JK.
Wilhelm: A pleasure to make your acquaintance, Gabrielle.
*He extends a hand, to which Gabrielle graciously accepts*
Gabrielle: The pleasure’s all mine, Wilhelm.
Wilhelm: An accent. It wouldn’t happen to be a New Zealand accent, would it?
*Gabby nods*
Gabrielle: Yes, I’m from Auckland originally.
*There is a longer silence as they all keep a watch on JK, hoping that maybe he’ll start to move*
Wilhelm: I missed his match, what happened?
Jasmine: Went in to attack someone with a chain, missed, the chain wrapped around the cell, and the person he was aiming for used a cattle prod to send electricity from the chain to him.
*Wilhelm shakes his head*
Wilhelm: Absolutely disgraceful. Purposefully electrocuting someone should warrant an investigation
Jasmine: Jordan wouldn’t want that. He’d want to be the one to get revenge on Jet.
Gabrielle: I’m sure he’ll get his chance, Jas. He’s a tough bugger, believe me. I had to face him.
*Wilhelm nods in agreement*
Wilhelm: Yes, JK is not someone to count out so easily. He will come back to full strength very soon. Until then, all we can do is to pray to God that he will not be in this state for much longer.
*The scene fades down to a diner somewhere in New York City, Wilhelm sits at the table with a cup of coffee in front of him. Outside of the window, several marchers are seen heading for Wall St. The door opens, and some booing can be heard from the crowd. Paul Cockatoo rushes in, shutting the door behind him as a few objects are flung at him. Wilhelm can’t help but be amused*
Wilhelm: What did you do to annoy Wall St?
Paul: Nothing.
*Wilhelm laughs*
Paul: What?
Wilhelm: Don’t lie, Paul, I’m not as stupid as Neal Steal.
*Paul groans*
Paul: Ok! So maybe I accidentally bumped into the leader and sent him into a mud-patch. Who knew New Yorkers could get so aggressive?
*Wilhelm smirks*
Wilhelm: Well, now you know to watch where you’re walking.
Paul: Ah, Shaddap!
*Wilhelm takes a sip of his coffee*
Paul: Saw you have that Rusty dude again, he like getting his ass handed to him or something?
*Wilhelm shakes his head*
Wilhelm: I think that it was that one loss that has been hanging over Rusty Axel’s head. He has virtually won every other match he’s had in AWR, but for that one match against me. It’s been eating away at him that he wasn’t able to put me away, and that bruised ego of his is what possibly lead to him challenging me. He just needs to know if he can do it.
Paul: So do you think he’s a challenge?
Wilhelm: It all depends. I think he didn’t give it his all last time we faced, but I do not believe he is too much of a credible threat on his own. More often than not he seems to rely on the members of the S.I.N. to help him get the win. Moreover, I think his character has that same played out theme, the grizzled old veteran who never really got their big break, always losing out to the new talents. For example, he claims about how he jobbed for Orton and Cena, it’s not really something really worth bragging about, and so he talks about how the fans remember how they beat him. They remembered his name, and that to him is a victory. However, how many truly remembered it the next week? Not many ever remember the jobbers, but the people they lose to are generally still loved or hated the next week.
*Paul gets a fresh cup of coffee from the waitress*
Paul: So, you aren’t rating his chances then?
Wilhelm: I did not say that. There are many different factors when going into a match, such as who will slip up, if there will be any intervening factors, and more importantly, who can make the most of their opportunities, but to say he’ll knock me down because he jobbed to a few professionals in a heavily scripted area of pro wrestling known as the WWE is incredibly flawed. Maybe if he had actually beaten the likes of The Rock, Hulk Hogan, Rick Flair, or Andre the Giant, then he’d have some bragging rights, but being scripted to lose is not really noteworthy.
*Wilhelm finishes his cup of Coffee*
Wilhelm: I wish Rusty all the best in our contest, but he really needs to reassess his claims to fame if he notes jobbing as being awe-inspiring.
*The meal that Wilhelm had ordered before Paul walked in arrives as the promo draws to a close*
Wilhelm: How’s he doing, Jasmine?
*The Younger one looks up at the Human Panzer*
Jasmine: Oh, hey Wilhelm. He’s still in a coma; but he’s stable.
